Job Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the exam office prior to each exam session
- Ensuring exam papers and materials are kept secure at all times
- Preparing exam venues according to set standards
- Admitting students into exam venues
- Identifying, seating, and instructing students on exam conduct
- Distributing exam papers and materials
- Assisting candidates with queries during exams
- Ensuring numeracy accuracy when required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with any other qualification attained from a SAQA-accredited institution
- Age between 25 – 60 years old
- Unemployed graduates
- Not currently registered or recently graduated students at VUT (at least within the last 2 years)
- Experience as an invigilator at VUT will be an advantage
