About the SAB Graduate Programme
The SAB Trainee Programmes are designed to grow and develop graduates by building technical capability aligned to career aspirations, while also providing cross-functional experience within a dynamic corporate environment.
- A competitive 24-month programme with segmented fixed-term contracts.
- Includes 6-month rotational cycles across different business areas.
- Follows the 70-20-10 learning principle:
- 70% from projects and hands-on experience
- 20% from developmental relationships
- 10% from structured coursework/training
- Robust evaluations determine progression into each phase.
- Successful graduates will be eligible to apply for various roles within SAB after completing the programme.
