Oxford University Press Southern Africa (OUPSA) invites South African final-year students (2025) and recent graduates to apply for the Internship Programme 2026/2027. These 12-month internships run from 02 February 2026 to 31 January 2027, offering practical workplace experience in publishing, customer service, marketing, finance, and related fields.

Customer Service Internship (Ref: Customer Service Internship 2026/2027)

  • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
  • Skills: Computer literacy, customer care or call centre experience (advantageous)

Marketing Insights Internship (Ref: Marketing Insights Internship 2026/2027)

  • Qualifications: BCom (Marketing preferred), BTech, or B Social Science
  • Skills: Data analysis, report generation, Excel/Power BI, strong communication skills

Digital Marketing Internship (Ref: Digital Marketing Internship 2026/2027)

  • Qualifications: BSocSc, BA, BCom, or BTech (Marketing subjects preferred)
  • Skills: Social media campaigns, content creation, Canva/design tools, interest in digital platforms

Finance Internship (Ref: Finance Internship 2026/2027)

  • Qualifications: BCom (General/Finance) degree/diploma
  • Skills: SAP, Microsoft Office, financial analysis and reporting

Dictionaries Internship (Ref: Dictionaries Internship 2026/2027)

  • Qualifications: Humanities BA degree/diploma
  • Skills: Editing, proofreading, project management, publishing systems

General Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Access to reliable transport
  • Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and open to learning
