Senwes Grainlink is offering an exciting learnership opportunity aimed at developing the next generation of Junior Grain Graders. This 12-month programme provides young people with practical, on-site experience at one of the Grainlink silos. Learners will be exposed to grain handling, silo operations, grain commodities, administration, and accredited training designed to build strong technical and workplace skills. A monthly stipend will also be provided for the duration of the programme.

What the Learnership Offers

Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Ages 18 to 25 years
- Genuine interest in agriculture or technical disciplines
- Willingness to work in a silo environment
- Full participation in all training activities
Additional Notes:
- Preference will be given to designated groups in line with transformation commitments
- A consumer credit check may be conducted for positions involving financial responsibilities
