Internship Overview

The Accelerated Graduates Programme (AGP) 2026 is designed for young, talented, and motivated graduates who want meaningful industry exposure. Successful candidates will benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, and rotational exposure across business units.

Programme Locations: Tzaneen, Johannesburg, and Howick


Key Responsibilities

Interns will:

  • Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotational exposure
  • Apply academic knowledge to practical, real-world business operations
  • Support daily operational, technical, or administrative activities
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Participate in training, mentoring, and development interventions
  • Prepare progress reports and project updates as required

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must hold a BSc, BEng, BEng-Tech, BCom, BTech, or Degree in one of the following disciplines (or related fields):
