About the YES Internship Programme
The BDO YES Internship Programme is designed as a career launchpad for young professionals. Interns gain hands-on, real-world experience, work on meaningful projects, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals—no “coffee run” internships here.
This People & Culture – Learning & Development role focuses on supporting training, development initiatives, reporting, and HR operations that shape the future of work at BDO.
Key Responsibilities and Exposure
Successful interns will gain exposure to:
- Learning & Development reporting and analytics
- Database management and documentation control
- Supporting HR and training programmes
- Assisting with data collection, analysis, and insights
- Preparing reports and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Contributing to real projects that impact people development
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed degree in one of the following fields:
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Business Administration
- Training & Development
- Skills Development
- Strong MS Office skills, especially:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- PowerPoint
- Previous exposure to office support or administrative work (data entry, reporting, coordination)
Skills and Competencies
BDO is looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Good database and document management ability
- Excellent communication skills (English – written and verbal)
