What Graduates Will Do
Successful candidates will rotate through different Supply Chain and Distribution Centre functions to develop an understanding of end-to-end operations.
Graduates will gain exposure to warehousing, logistics, inventory management and distribution while learning and applying operational best practices.
Participants may also analyse operational data, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business projects.
Leadership and Management Development
The programme also provides graduates with opportunities to develop leadership capabilities through coaching, mentoring and practical management experience.
