Minimum Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have Grade 12 together with one of the following:

N3, N4, N5 or N6 Certificate in a relevant trade field, with at least 50% in Mathematics and 50% in Science

or

NCV Level 4 in a relevant trade field, with at least 50% in Mathematics and 50% in Science.

Applicants must also be South African citizens.

Training and Development

Successful candidates will be afforded institutionalised training as well as on-the-job training.

The programme is aimed at developing practical artisan skills while exposing participants to Eskom’s technical and operational environment.
