ArcelorMittal South Africa offers a training opportunity for individuals possessing Grade 12 certificates to undergo training as Process Operators, focusing on the Steel Manufacturing Process. The training program follows a structured outcome-based approach that includes institutional and on-the-job training. Continuous assessment and progress monitoring are integral components of the learnership program. Positions are available at our Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging Operations.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Qualification with English, Mathematics, or Maths Lit.
Physical Science background would be advantageous.

Attention to detail and an aptitude for engineering.
