BMW SA Graduate Programme 2016

BMW South Africa offers motivated graduates within the Commerce, Engineering and Information Technology, Finance and Business Management disciplines the opportunity to join the company on a 24-month fixed term placement. If you like working in teams and are prepared to take on responsibility, there are attractive tasks and individual assignments waiting for you.
The programme includes a 12-month work experience, 1-month work readiness programme, 2 weeks allocation to service support departments and a 6-month rotation based on an individual development plan with the aim of integration into BMW South Africa, based on performance and availability of relevant functions. Personal mentors and coaches will be assigned to guide you through the programme with access to experienced professionals via structured dialogue and feedback sessions.
The selection process takes place from August to December. Applicants are assessed and short-listed based on their academic record and potential within the BMW corporate environment. Short-listed applicants are interviewed and the final selection takes place for start of contract by March each year.
Applications will be accepted annually during August and September.
