Requirements: The Bryte Graduate Programme is open to final year and/or postgraduate students who are South African citizens. The programme is specifically aimed at individuals pursuing degrees in the following fields:
- BSc Actuarial Science
- BSc Computer Science, Informatics
- BCom Accounting, Finance
Successful candidates will be offered a 12-month fixed-term contract for the duration of the Graduate Development Programme.
Duties and Responsibilities: As a Bryte Graduate, your main responsibilities will include:
- Completing various learning programs assigned throughout the year.
- Meeting the objectives outlined in your performance contract.
- Actively engaging with your assigned mentor to gain a comprehensive understanding of Bryte Insurance Company and the Short-Term Insurance Industry.
- Successfully completing a Graduate Development Programme Project.
