About the Clover Dairy Apprenticeship
The purpose of the Dairy Apprentice role is to develop the practical skills and technical knowledge required to understand and operate cheese manufacturing processes.
Successful candidates will gain practical production experience while developing towards eventually functioning as a Process Leader.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Fluent Business English.
