Enstra Paper South Africa is recruiting and invite applications for the Experiential Traineeship (Internship) Programme 2023.
The company is recruiting for Human Resource Interns X 2.
The successful incumbent will be based in Springs and report to the HR Department at Enstra.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To complete training requirements as set out by Enstra Paper
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact
details and employment forms
Ensure that personnel files are kept up to date
Perform reference and criminal checks
Assist with Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection process
Assist with termination and on-boarding processes and procedures
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in human resources management industrial psychology
Clear criminal record
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
