Eskom has opened applications for the Learner Hospitality Programme 2026, a structured 24-month fixed-term contract opportunity based at the Eskom Academy of Learning in Midrand. This programme is ideal for unemployed youth with a qualification in Hospitality or Catering Management who are looking to gain hands-on workplace experience in a professional, high-standard institutional environment.
The learner will assist the Executive Chef with the full running of the kitchen, including administrative, operational, leadership, and food production activities, while developing strong workplace discipline and industry-ready skills.
Job Description
The Learner Hospitality role focuses on practical training and workplace exposure in a professional hospitality environment.

Minimum Requirements
Qualification

- Hotel School Qualification at NQF Level 6 (240 credits)
