Gauteng Provincial Treasury invites eligible South African students to submit applications for the Bursary Programme for the academic year 2024.
Bursary application closing date is 30 November 2023.
Fields of study covered by the bursary:
- Accounting, Communications/PR/Graphic Design,
- Cost and Management Accounting,
- Financial Management,
- Information Technology/Computer Science,
- Internal Auditing, LLB, Psychology/Social Work, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management.
- Expenses covered: Registration fees, tuition fees, prescribed textbooks, accommodation, and meals.
- Obligation after graduation: Join the Gauteng Provincial Treasury internship programme.
- South African citizenship.
- Current Matric (in 2023) or completion of Matric at a non-fee school within Gauteng Province.
- Intent to study full-time in one of the listed fields in 2024.
- Acceptance to study at a public institution in South Africa.
- Not receiving any other bursary funding.
- Preference for Finance/Accounting students or students with disabilities.
- Download and complete the Gauteng Treasury Bursary Application Form for 2024.

- Submit required documents (ID, Matric results/certificate, academic records/transcripts, details of studies, motivational letter, recommendation letter) via email to email@example.com. Include “Gauteng Treasury Bursary 2024” in the email subject line.
