- Degree In Civil Engineering
- Degree in Construction Engineering
- Degree in Town & Urban Planning
- Degree In Quantity Surveying
- Degree in Urban Design or Architecture
- Degree in Real Estate
- Degree in Law specialising in Property or Land
- Degree in Geography, Geographical Information Systems, Geolnformatics, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or related
- BCom Financial Accounting, Project Finance, Internal Audit, Procurement, Marketing & Communications, and Human Resources
- BTech in Facilities or Property Management and Information Technology or equivalent qualifications
- B Degree In Public Administration, the Arts or related fields.
