Job Purpose:
We are looking for passionate, target driven, customer centric graduates to join our Sales Internship in our Short term Insurance division. The Sales Intern will be responsible for completing assigned work tasks in an accurate and timely manner and will partner closely with management to support the department based on business needs.
Job Outputs:
• Lead warming
• Follow up on outstanding sales documents
• Learn and apply sales techniques
• Conduct market research on the industry, analyze competitors products and provide reports on findings
• General administration
Qualifications:
• Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics, English and another second language with an average of at least a D symbol
• Post matric qualification, preferably in Sales or Marketing
Experience:
• Minimum 6 months sales experience will be an advantage
• Experience in Short term Insurance will be an advantage
Knowledge and skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail and planning
• Ability to work under pressure
• Co-operative attitude and team player
• Ability to establish rapport with internal and external clients
• Sales and Customer Service oriented
