Kimberly-Clark is currently looking for an HR Graduate who will be on a two year programme . The graduate will gain experience and be introduced to the various sections within HR Business units, covering aspects of Recruitment, HRBP, Learning & Development, and HRIS
- Recruitment- you will assist with processes from inception till finish
- You will be fully responsible for own development, and ensuring that you receive full exposure to HRBP space
- Assist in identifying, planning and delivering training based on the training strategy and training needs.
- You will assist with Learning & Development administration, Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
- Assist in gathering information for Employment Equity and BBBEE.
- Assist with administration of disciplinary hearings and grievances.
- Assist will all ad hoc initiatives
