Msinsi Holdings (SOC) Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the South African state entity, Umgeni Water.
It was established in 1992 and is responsible for managing the water resources around Umgeni Water-owned or managed dams.
The company is part of the uMngeni-uThukela Water Group, which consists of a parent entity with two small subsidiaries.
The Executive Committee is the top management structure of uMngeni-uThukela Water, and it guides the day-to-day activities of the entity.
As of June 30, 2022, the uMngeni-uThukela Water Group had a headcount of 1,343 employees and generated a net surplus of R1.2bn on revenue of R4.9 billion.
