Job Description
The Graduate Programme will introduce you to a broad spectrum of dynamics that facilitate significant learning experiences while developing generalist and specialist fields.

After successful completion of the Graduate Development Programme, you will be placed in an actual role within the company and provided with the support of a mentor to guide you through your development journey. Job Requirements
- Completed under-graduate studies or currently in the final year
of study in a Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields of study:
- Human Resources
- Supply Chain
- Finance
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Excellent academic results (all subjects, across all years of study)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Communication skills
