Duties and Responsibilities
- Administering help desk for Corporate Support Services
- Assist with Desktop support
- Assist with Audio Visual Support
- Assist with desktop updates and installations
- Assist with application installation and trouble shooting
- Assist in ICT administration work and records management
- Assist in requesting the quotations for the service providers
