About the Intern Agent Programme:
Pam Golding Western Seaboard is seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in real estate. Interns will represent the Pam Golding brand in marketing and selling residential properties, with mentorship provided by experienced full-status agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing, marketing, and selling residential properties
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities
- Promoting sales through advertisements and show houses
- Completing sales agreements and mandate documents
- Conducting comparative market analyses to estimate property values
- Developing networks with attorneys and mortgage originators
- Staying knowledgeable about real estate market trends and legal requirements
(All responsibilities will be performed with mentorship support.)
Minimum Requirements:
- Must reside in Sunningdale or Parklands, Cape Town
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Own laptop
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivation and persistence
Important:
- Interns must apply and pay for their FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) and enrol into the NQF4 Real Estate Qualification.
- Interns must be financially able to support themselves during the first few months until commission earnings begin.
