Minimum Requirements

Applicants must not be employed.

Applicants must not be enrolled with any institution for a qualification and must not be registered in any other learnership programme.

Applicants must not have a completed post-matric qualification. Rand Water states that failure to disclose post-matric qualifications will result in disqualification.

Applicants who already have a post-matric qualification must not apply, as they will not be considered.

Applicants must have Matric / Grade 12 with the following subjects:

Mathematics with a minimum of Level 4 or higher, or Maths Literacy with a minimum of Level 5 or higher, together with Physical Science at a minimum of Level 4 or higher.

Alternatively, applicants must have Mathematics with a minimum of Level 4 or higher, or Maths Literacy with a minimum of Level 5 or higher, together with Business Studies at a minimum of Level 4 or higher.

Applicants must be South African citizens and must have a valid South African ID.

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35, in line with the NSDSIII.
