If you are passionate about Recruitment and a recent graduate from a TVET College, our Pretoria Recruitment Centre would like to invite you to apply to join our team as an intern.
The purpose of this opportunity is to offer 12-month work experience, in addition to the 18 months practical component of your completed Diploma at a recognised TVET College.
You would be asked to assist in the Recruitment and Selection of store-level staff for the Shoprite Group stores as an intern and gain experience working with Bulk recruitment and placement of staff in our stores.
You will be asked to:
- Follow our interview processes
- Conduct telephonic interviews
- do extensive data-capturing of candidate information
- facilitate online assessments
- travel to outlying stores from time to time
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or equivalent
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
Experience
- 18 months Human Resource Experience
- 6 months Recruitment experience
