Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
Additional Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Successful learners will:
- Complete all required modules within the development programme
- Participate in workplace learning and mining operations

- Attend SHE meetings when required

- Report hazards, inconsistencies, and workplace challenges
