Students pursuing the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- BSc / Civil Engineering
- Business Management
- Finance or Economics
- Geology, Hydrogeology, or Soil Science
- Environmental Management or Natural Sciences
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the SLR Bursary 2026, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Possess a valid South African ID
- Be enrolled for 2nd or 3rd year of study in 2026
- Be studying in one of the listed eligible fields
- Be willing to attend an interview if shortlisted
