About the Process Engineering Internship:
Unilever offers a Process Engineering Intern opportunity focused on factory transformation to World Class standards — aiming for zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses. Interns will directly engage with line crews, apply quality improvement methods, and coach semi-autonomous teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete all learnership requirements (training, assessments, projects, logbooks, and presentations)
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to improve Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, and Logistics
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures
  • Act as technical trainer and coach line teams
  • Validate process improvements and stabilize production lines
  • Adhere to all SOPs and site safety, quality, and ethical standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed Degree or National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
