University of KZN: HR Internship Programme in Pietermaritzburg
The University of KwaZulu-Natal is looking for an HR Graduate to join its Generalist HR person at Edgewood, Howard College & Pietermaritzburg Campus. This is 12 months fixed term internship contract and the intern will receive a monthly stipends during their placement.
The Human Resources Graduate is expected to provide consultation and program delivery of all human resources (recruitment, selection, training, development, labour relations) and equity programs, as well as a functional leadership and self management.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Industrial Psychology and related disciplines;
- Advantage: A post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology and related disciplines.
- A minimum of 1 year Generalist Human Resources experience, or internship/experiential training.
