  6. Payment Claims: Assist in processing ad-hoc claims for tutor payments.
  7. Evaluation Schedule: Collaborate with tutors to develop an evaluation schedule for each semester.
  8. Evaluation Forms: Distribute, collect, scan, and capture evaluation forms for reporting purposes.
  9. Academic Support: Assist with portfolio assessments and session plan submissions on Blackboard, a learning management system.
  10. Research Assistance: Support the program by contributing to research initiatives.

  • A bachelor’s degree at NQF level 7 is a fundamental requirement for this role, indicating a minimum level of educational qualification.
