Your admission to Wits University Admission Requirements for Faculty of Commerce, Law and Management (CLM) is dependent on you meeting the specific admission or entry requirements for your chosen qualification. If you don’t meet these requirements, you may want to consider alternative qualifications or possibly, if you qualify, an extended programme (refer to the college admission requirements), enabling you to register for limited modules in your first year.

The 4 year LLB was dicontinued at the end of 2014. Applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree at an institution other than Wits are required to apply for the 3 year LLB programme. Wits applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree without Law modules are also required to apply for the 3 year LLB. Wits applicants who have completed a BA Law or BCom Law are eligible to apply for the 2 year LLB.
