About the Internship Programme

The Intern: Strategy and Research will provide essential administrative support to the Strategy and Insights Department. This role focuses on assisting with data collection, literature reviews, performance verification, qualifications development, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to strategic planning initiatives across the organisation.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
    • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
      • Internal Audit
      • Business/Public Administration or Management
      • Monitoring and Evaluation
      • Social Sciences Research

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data for research projects.
  • Conduct literature reviews and prepare summaries.
  • Support report writing and presentations.
  • Assist in verifying organisational performance information.
  • Provide admin support in qualifications development and chamber operations.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel documents.
