Necsa Learning Academy invites South Africa unemployed youth to apply for Apprenticeship Programme 2022 / 2023.

Necsa Learning Academy would like to extend an invitation of the Service Seta Apprenticeship
Training Programme for Fitter and Turner, and Electricians. Necsa Learning Academy (NLA) is a nationally recognised and accredited skills development centre focused on professional and technical skills development.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
โ Full N2 Engineering certificate with relevant trade theory
In addition to the above minimum criteria candidates must also meet the following requirements:
โ Technical knowledge.
โ Must be able to work in a team.
โ Assist in building a high-performance culture.
โ Appointments to these positions are dependent on successful completion of screening
protocols, such as being declared medically fit, security clearance, qualification verifications,
and technical assessments.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
โ CVs must be accompanied by a certified copy of the identity document and certificate.
โ The successful applicant will be appointed on section 18.2 on a three years contract.
โ Successful candidates will receive formal training and on-the-job training at Necsa
โ Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
โ Only South African citizens will be considered for these opportunities.
