What the Role Involves
As a Financial Assessor, you will:
- Contact consumers who have expressed interest in IDMโs services
- Gather and evaluate their financial information
- Perform an initial assessment of their financial position
- Educate clients about IDMโs debt relief solutions
- Manage customer expectations and provide excellent service
- Transfer qualifying clients to the Financial Consulting team
- Use IDM systems and outbound channels to communicate effectively
