Responsibilities:
- Ensure call receiving, screening, forwarding or messaging as required
- Greet clients when entering the building and find out their nature of enquiry, refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organization or elsewhere
- Carry out other secretarial and receptionist duties as requested
- Organize and perform duties as required by the HR Manager and support all administrative processes.
- Assist in the training process; enquiries, planning, payments, filing.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Administration /Business Management – Applicants must have a letter from University for Workplace Experience
- Able to help customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Good communication skills
- Assist as and when required with additional tasks
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
