Cell C invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the 2025 Associate Internship Programme.

The Cell C Associate Internship Programme is designed to provide graduates with real-world workplace experience aligned to their qualifications. This 12-month internship opportunity aims to develop young professionals while supporting Cell C’s strategic objectives.
Interns will be assigned to various divisions according to their field of study and business needs. Interns are expected to contribute meaningfully to operational tasks, research, reporting, and project support.
Internship Opportunities Available:
You must be a South African citizen and have completed or currently completing a qualification (Diploma/Degree) in one of the following areas:
1. IT and Cyber Security
- BSc in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems
- BEng in Computer or Software Engineering
- Postgrad Diploma in Cyber Security
- CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH (certifications)
2. Forensic Investigation
- BCom in Forensic Accounting, Auditing or Law
- BSc in Forensic Science
- Diploma in Forensic Investigation
- CFE Certification
3. Networks
- BEng/BTech in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering
- BSc in Networking or Computer Systems
- CCNA / CCNP certifications
4. Procurement
- BCom in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement
- CIPS or Quantity Surveying qualifications
5. Strategy and Business Transformation
- Bachelors in Economics, Strategic Management, Engineering
- Studies in Design Thinking, Data Science, Innovation Management
6. Customer Value Management
- BCom/BSc in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics
- Postgrad in CRM, Marketing Analytics
7. Psychometry
- BPsych or Masters in Psychology
- HPCSA registration as Psychometrist
8. Finance
- BCom in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management
- CIMA or CA(SA) stream
- Postgrad in Tax or Financial Reporting
9. Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity
- Degree in Risk, Finance, Auditing, Governance, Compliance or Law
10. Marketing
- BCom/BA in Marketing, Media, Events, Strategic Brand Management, Public Relations, Digital Design
