If you’ve successfully completed the theory, now allow us to share our expertise with you by providing the practical training you need to qualify in your field of study. Lonmin offers a fixed-term experiential training programme where students have the opportunity to gain the necessary practical experience before graduating.

Experiential Training in the following disciplines:
- IT
- HR
- Metallurgy
- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering (heavy current)
- Analytical Chemistry
Minimum entry requirements for this programme are:
- Letter from tertiary institution confirming Practical 1 and Practical 2 as minimum requirements for the qualification.
- South African citizenship
- NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults).
- Minimum C-average (60% or higher)
