Internship Location: Gauteng Area Office
The Operations Department has a vacancy for 3 x Junior Inspectors (Graduates) to conduct inspection of products and equipment according to standard protocols as prescribed through PPECB’s legislative mandate. The contract is to assist the area during the peak period of the citrus seaso.
Requirements:
- A National Diploma in an agricultural or food science disciplines.
- National Certificate: Perishable Produce Export Technology (AETP)would be advantageous.
- Practical experience, theoretical knowledge/exposure or competency in citrus
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- The ability to work independently and / or with minimum supervision.
- A valid code 08 drivers license and own reliable vehicle is a requirement for doing the job
