The news may not already reach you – SABC1 soapie drama Skeem Saam has lost a legendary actor.
Charles Maja whose popular known for playing the role of Big Boy Mabitsela (Leshole Mabitsela’s father, played by Thabo Mkhabela) on Skeem Saam has passed away. He was 63 years old.
The cause of death is not yet revealed.
Charles was born in Ga-Maja near Polokwane, Limpopo. He was also known for playing the role of Bra Tick, on Thobela FM radio drama Mahlakung.
He had been married for more than 30 years, leaving behind his wife, children and grand-children.
Thobela FM and Skeem Saam confirmed the sad news on their official Twitter page.
