Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) invites applicants to apply for PhD Research Traineeship Programme 2020 / 2021. The duration of this Internships programme is 36 months.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences / Humanities and or other applicable disciplines that are in line with the HSD thematic areas.
• The applicant must be already registered for a PhD degree in the Social Sciences/Humanities or be well prepared to register within 6 months of the appointment.
• Have an interest in one of the priority research areas of HSD outlined above
• South African citizen or permanent resident
